Blockwork

Our bricklayers lay a range of block types using different methods for your desired outcome.

This includes Thermalite blocks to construct cavity walling, trench blocks to form footings, concrete blocks laid flat to form retaining walls, concrete blocks laid on their edge ready to receive render, hollow blocks laid over steel rebar for reinforcing. Blockwork is a great alternative to brickwork when aesthetics isn’t an issue, as it offers the same structural properties as brickwork but is generally cheaper and quicker to construct.
